About us
Marmo & Co. is a UK-based marble sourcing service. We source natural stone and coordinate a network of vetted, insured fabrication and installation partners to complete your project.
Quotes and pricing
Prices are not published on this website because every project is different. Submitting a quote request does not create a binding contract. A quotation becomes binding only once it has been confirmed in writing by both parties and, where applicable, a deposit has been received.
Payment
Payment terms, typically a deposit to confirm your order and a balance due before or on installation, will be set out in your written quotation.
Site content and images
Marble and other natural stone are natural products; colour, veining and pattern vary from slab to slab. Images on this site, including our concept gallery, are for illustration and inspiration rather than an exact guarantee of the finished appearance of your specific piece.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting a quote, including accurate site access and dimension details, so we can prepare an accurate quotation and plan your installation.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under English law. Subject to that, our liability for any claim arising from use of this website is limited to the value of the relevant order.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images and design, belongs to Marmo & Co. unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
