What we collect

When you submit a quote request through our website, we collect your name, email address, phone number, site address, and details about your project: the stone, product type, edge profile, finish, dimensions, cut-outs, preferred templating date, and any notes you provide. If you attach drawings, photos, or CAD files to your request, we collect those too.

We do not collect payment card details through this website. Payment is arranged separately once your quotation is confirmed.

Why we collect it

We use this information to:

• Prepare and send you an accurate quotation
• Contact you about your enquiry
• Coordinate templating and installation with our fabrication and installation partners
• Keep records for accounting and legal purposes
• If you tick the marketing consent box on our quote forms, send you a short follow-up email sequence about your enquiry. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of these emails

Who we share it with

• Our vetted fabrication and installation partners, who need your project details and site address to carry out the work
• Resend, our email service provider, who sends notification and confirmation emails on our behalf
• Supabase, our database provider, who securely stores your submitted information

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for third-party marketing or advertising purposes.

Where it's stored

Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry and project information for as long as needed to complete your project, and afterwards for our legitimate business and accounting records, typically up to 6 years, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, but only after you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, or don't make a choice, no analytics cookies are set. You can find details on how Google handles this data in Google's Privacy Policy. You can change your cookie choice at any time using the "Cookie Settings" button in the site footer.
